RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Policy:
We thank you
for purchasing genuine Good Livin Clothing. Although we
hope that everything is to your satisfaction, we
understand that there are sometimes reasons that a
return is necessary. Our policy is to accept returns of
orders purchased through our online store for
merchandise that is UNWORN and in its original
condition within 30 days of the ship date. Any
article that has been worn, washed, or is otherwise not
in its original shipping condition is not eligible for
return. All tags must be attached and an original
packing slip is required.
To Return an Item:
You must contact customer service before
returning any item. Please email and request a RA
(return authorization) number. Any return received
without a RA number is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Completing a Return:
Please relay the following
information when requesting an RA number for a
return.
-Order number, order date,
quantity
-Items being returned (model, size, color)
-Reason for return (shipped or ordered wrong
size or color, damaged in shipping, etc.)
-Whether you are requesting a return and refund
or exchange
-Your contact information
Refunds:
Refunds
will be offered for returned merchandise that meets our
Return Policy. Refunds are issued in the same manner as
the order was originally paid for. Unless a return is
due to a mistake or error on our part, costs of shipping
the return back to us are NOT reimbursed and the
original shipping costs are NOT refunded.
Exchanges:
At the
discretion of Customer Service, an exchange may be
offered instead of a refund. Exchanges are the “trade”
of an item for another item of equal or greater value.
An exchange is the most commonly used in “wrong size”
returns.
Booths & Promotional Sales:
All sales through a promotional booth on
a college campus or promotional event are FINAL.
Except under special circumstances, no returns are
accepted and no refunds are issued from booth sales.
Clearance Items:
All clearance
sales are FINAL. Returns are subject to approval
due to defects only. Refunds are issued as an “equal or
greater” exchange.
ALL return and refund requests are
subject to approval by Customer Service.
